Israel is known as "The start up nation", and offers amazing opportunities for investment, especially in the real estate market. With close to 110, 000 real estate transactions per year, a supply of 30,000 new properties per year and demand of 40, 000 units per year, Israel is characterized by a significant housing shortage. With demand consistently outpacing supply it is unlikely that the property prices in Israel will experience downward trends. Israel also has a strong legal backbone which protects you should it be necessary to evict someone from your rental property.
