After immigrating to Jerusalem in 2009, I saw that Israel's real estate sales market was quite under-developed. Therefore, in 2010 I went about obtaining a sales position to start to learn and understand the market. Within 5 years and 2 different positions I became an expert in the field.In 2017, I co-founded CapitIL, an agency successfully serving locals and foreigners find the place that they call home. With a growing staff, including 6 brokers, we aim to keep expanding and serving the community that we hold so dear to our hearts. With a specific emphasis on helping English speakers navigate the property market, we are here to welcome potential buyers with open arms. I lead a team that specializes in second-hand sales, new build construction, and a long-term sales specialist.With nearly 15 years of experience in real estate sales and a regular speaker at world-wide community events, I always try to lead by example. During these past 5 years alone, I have seen constant exponential growth in my sales and I will always strive for this to continue. In my opinion, prices being high or low, a strong market or a weak one, do not dictate a real estate's agents opportunity for success.
